What data is processed, and why?

Axnoller operates a CCTV system for its legitimate interest in protecting the security of its estate. The CCTV system records access and activity around the grounds and may capture images of people.

Where does the data come from?

CCTV camera data is recorded from the CCTV Cameras installed on site.

Sharing with Third Parties

In the case of an incident being investigated, CCTV footage may be shared with the Police.

Data Retention

CCTV footage is stored and normally deleted after 28 days. This period may be extended where it is legally required or if the CCTV footage has captured an incident that is being investigated.

Rights of the Data Subject

Axnoller always aims to be as open as it can and allow people access to their personal information.

Where Axnoller holds your personal data, you can make a ‘subject access request’ to Axnoller and Axnoller will provide you with a description of it and a copy of the information in an intelligible form – unless an exception to the disclosure requirements is applicable.

If you would like to make a ‘subject access request’ please make it in writing by email or post to the contact details provided above. If you agree, Axnoller will try to deal with your request informally, for example by providing you with the specific information you need over the telephone.

Unless you agree a different time, Axnoller will complete your subject access request within one month.

In addition, you have the right: to ask for rectification or erasure of your personal information; to restrict processing (pending correction or deletion); to object to communications; and to ask for the transfer of your personal information electronically to a third party (data portability).

Some of these rights are not automatic, and Axnoller reserves the right to discuss with you why it might not comply with a request to exercise such rights.
